Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
It is a one-time payment for a perpetual license — no subscription required.
Is sales tax/VAT included in the price?
The listed price may not include applicable sales tax or VAT. The final total, including any taxes, will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you click the BUY NOW button.
My organization is tax-exempt, can I claim the tax back? How do I add our state tax ID?
Yes, if your organization is tax-exempt, you can avoid being charged tax at the time of purchase. Please email us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. Our accounting team will review the documentation, add your organization's details to our database, and issue you an Assigned Sales Tax Exempt ID. Once you receive this ID, you can enter it in the shopping cart during checkout to ensure that no tax is applied to your order.
When will I receive my registration code?
You should receive your license key and receipt via email shortly after placing your order. In rare cases, order processing may take a bit longer — so please be sure to check your spam or junk folders, as emails get trapped there on occasion.
We know that you want your software NOW, and we do care to provide instant service, but please note that the program is already fully functional (unless you are past the trial period already), and you don't have to wait to use the software.
To protect both our customers and ourselves from fraudulent transactions, all orders go through a brief manual verification process. While this is typically completed within a few minutes, please allow up to 12 hours to receive your registration information. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
24 hours have passed, yet still I haven’t received my registration code. What’s the problem?
If you haven’t received your registration code within 24 hours, the most likely reason is that our email was blocked or filtered as spam. Please use the License key request form to report the issue. Be sure to include your order reference number and an alternate email address where we can reach you. We'll be happy to re-send your registration details.
Keep in mind:

It's not always your email client doing the filtering. Sometimes, your mail server blocks emails with attachments before they even reach your inbox.

Overzealous or misconfigured spam filters may block emails with subjects containing words like "purchase" or "order".

Occasionally, the problem is a simple typo in the email address entered during purchase.

In rare cases, emails bounce back for unknown reasons.
To prevent this in the future, please add "@heaventools.com" to your list of approved or safe senders in your spam filtering software.
I lost my license key. How do I recover it?
No worries — we’re here to help. Please use our Request License Key form to recover your key and have it resent to you.
I’m concerned about buying a product that will need to be upgraded shortly after purchasing. Will I have to pay again to upgrade to the next version?
No, you won’t. As a registered customer, you will be entitled to free updates during 12 months from the date of purchase. It means that we won’t charge you just for the version number change. See Renewal Policy for greater details.
I don’t have a credit card. Is there an alternative payment method for the product?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, along with a few alternative payment options. Please start your ordering process by clicking the Buy Now button at the Order Page, fill out the online order form, select a desired method from "Method of Payment", click "Next" and follow the instructions on the next screen.

Do you offer bulk discounts or site licenses?
Yes. Discounts for up to ten licenses are displayed on our product purchase page. For larger orders, please contact Sales with details of your requirements and we’ll inform you of the discount schemes that we can offer you.
I work at the University. Do you offer an academic discount for your products?
Whether you are a student or officially employed educator, we’d love to offer you a $30 discount upon verification of your enrollment. Please contact Customer Support to get your $30 off coupon code.
The discount applies to all online orders over $120 USD.
