Guidelines For Placing Purchase Orders

Business customers can place a purchase order (PO) through our Plimus registration service. POs should be printed directly from your accounting system on company letterhead. This document is kept on file with us and we invoice your company with Net 30 payment terms. We do not accept POs with terms longer than this.

The smallest Purchase Order amount we can accept is $100. There is a minimum $3.00 handling charge for processing a purchase order. This fee applies even for orders which specify electronic delivery.

How to Place a Purchase Order

1. Click the Buy Now button below, fill out the online order form, specify additional information, such as number of items, shipping options, select Purchase Order from Method of Payment and click Next.
2. The resulting Quote page will include the fax number, your reference number and it will function as your Pro-forma invoice.
3. Fax that Quote page along with your PO form which must contain your PO number and the indicated vendor/supplier must be Plimus and not Heaventools. Important: Purchase Orders received without the Quote page will be discarded.
4. Note that if you need electronic delivery of our software, your purchase order must indicate the email address the software is to be sent to and the fact that your are requesting electronic delivery (so your accounting department does not hold up payment waiting for delivery of a product you already have).

License Terms

With Personal License, you can use the program for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environment. That is, you only intend to use it at home for private use. You may use the program on one computer at the same time. Your unlock code and license will be assigned to a private person.

With Business License, you (individual or company) can use the program in a business, academic, or government environment. You may use the program on exactly one computer per license. There are no floating (concurrent) licenses. If more than one person works with the program, you need to purchase additional licenses for each party. The license and unlock code will be assigned to the name provided at the time of purchase and will reflect the total number of licenses purchased.

RTC Developer License is licensed per developer seat basis, limited to the number of seats purchased, and allows a developer to work with the product in a business, academic, or government environment. You may use the program on exactly one computer per license. The License Key will be assigned to the company name provided at the time of purchase and will reflect the total number of licenses purchased.

RTC Developer Floating License is licensed per user basis and allows the developer to move RTC from one build machine to another across the organization. This means that RTC can "float" to where it is needed in the workgroup according to project needs. Only one user can use the program at any given time. The License Key will be assigned to the company name provided at the time of purchase and will reflect the total number of licenses purchased.

Your license will remain valid for a period of 18 months. After this period it will remain functional, but you will not have the access to a new versions, upgrades and technical support.

Licenses are non-transferable. A person or a company registered as a license user is assumed to be the owner of the license. Once issued, the license may not be transferred to another user or re-registered to another username. A company can allocate and deallocate company licenses to employees as needed.
