Getting parameters on function exports?

Hello All,
I am working on a add on project that uses third party dlls. However I dont have access to the dll's parameter information. Is PE Explorer able to help me out? As a FYI, I dont plan on hacking through security efforts or anything, I am just trying to use a function that is located in one of their librarys to retreive some information the program holds. Any ideas how I can go about this? I have the function name, but that is near useless unless I can figure out the parameters.
Thanks for the help.

PE Explorer provides a disassembler. There's only one way to figure out the parameters: run the disassembler and read the disassembly output. This task cannot be automated, sorry.
There's another way, though - ask those who wrote that dll
