Guidelines for posting bug reports

Please include the following in your message:

- Program name and version as it shows in the console screen.
- Windows version.
- Description of your problem: please provide us as much information as possible, and/or a screenshot (GIF), if words fail: a picture speaks a thousand words. Host your screenshot and reference it in a forum posting, or email a .GIF file with the TOPIC ID of your posting to support @heaventools.com
- Sample script or an entire script necessary to reproduce the problem.

Sometimes it's impossible to reproduce the problem without looking into the file itself. We may ask you to send your EXE file to us. We agree to keep your data confidential.

The more information you provide, the more quickly we provide an answer, fix a problem or offer a workaround.
