verion info not updated for larger file

Hi,
We recently purchased RTC application for updating the verion info for our installer EXEs since they would be stamped with the installation software's internal file version, product and company name.
RTC worked like a charm untill now when the size of the installer exe increased from 510MB to 538MB.
Reverting the installer exe back to 510MB worked again and RTC was able to update it successfully.
I would like to know if there is a limitation on the file size which RTC can modify.
Fyi, we have just added to large images files as part of the installer package that resulted in this size increase.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
