Change language in an Application

I would like to translate an application menus from English to Hebrew. I have only the .exe file and not the source code. when I open the application using the PE Explorer I get '> in each place I write in Hebrew. The application properties are set to English, is there a way to change that ?

The resource editor in the current version does not provide support for Unicode characters. Version 2 will process and display information in any language. However, it won't help if your target application doesn't support Unicode either.

On an aside note, PE Explorer is not quite a resource editor. If you want to edit resources only but don't need the extended functionality of PE Explorer, Resource Tuner is the right product for you.
