Hi,
Problem is this: i load exe file and the "resource viewer" icon is blank or greyed out. I suspect that there is not ant reosurce in this file - can i add some? The exe file was generated with freepascal in win32 - it is win32 console application. And i want to add icon to it.
Is it possible with PE explorer?
Greetings

If your exe file has no resources at all, the first step is to add an empty resource section to the file. Go to the Section Viewer and press the Add Resource Secton button. Then you can add a manifest with the Manifest Wizard, save the file, reload it and test the result.

Adding other resource types with PE Explorer is not possible in the current version, but you can now do that with any other resource editor once you have added the resource section.
