Can you use PE Explorer to remove viruses from a .exe file?

PE Explorer can help you analyze an infected file and give you a clue what a virus does or how it works.
In certain cases, when you know the original entry point value you can prevent the viral code from being executed. In some cases you can even remove a section which contains a virus body and where the virus writes itself. But in most cases, you can't do anything, and it's better to delete the infected file.
