Using Assembeler and linker

Dear sir
I used PE Explorer and generate asm file with this.
Now I need compile this asm file to exe with assembeler and linker.
please tell me how i can?

please help me that how i convert exe to asm and asm to exe .
I need a software that with this i add any code into exe file or convert exe2asm and change asm then compile asm to exe win32 .

Sorry, you can't do that with PE Explorer.

I'm not aware of any software product that would allow for what you want. It's impossible to turn a hamburger back into a cow and then back again.
