Switching Windows

When I invoke the Disassembler I get a new window with the disassembler in it. Are there shortcut keys that will take me back to the main window? Currently the only way I know to switch between windows is to shrink one window so I can see the other one behind it. Must be an easier way.

Also, say I click "Export" to go to the "Export Viewer". That window gives me some names and addresses. Say I want to jump to that address in the disassembler. Is there a way? Currently I just have to memorize the address, or write it down, then switch windows (above I ask if there's a faster way to switch windows). Is there a faster way to jump to the code I'm interested in?

Alas, no easier way at the moment, and no jumps between windows. I know it's clumsy and difficult to jump between windows and such, so I believe the new single window interface in the version 2 will be more productive.
