pop up message edit

hello all , and thanx for support
i just want to fine how can i edit a pop message that appear when u minimize the program to system try Icon , or put da mouse pointer over it in sytem try icon , i tryed to find where i can edit it but i cant find any related category , i can edit every thing in da file except dat .
so can u help me plz '>

This is not in the resources. It's usually hardcoded in the program body. This cannot be edited with a resource editor.
