Hi, I am using PE Explorer 1.98 and I have a (hopefully easy) question: how do I save my "project" and continue it later?  For example, I might spend four hours disassembling the code and renaming code labels.  I can save the listing with CTRL-S, but how can I save all my modified labels as well?  When I restart PE Explorer and re-scan the EXE file, all the labels are back to their default values, and it looks like all my work was lost.  I do not see any "load" function anywhere in the program, so how can I continue my work?  Am I missing something?  Thanks for your help.

No, you aren't missing anything, sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the version 1.xx doesn't allow saving the project. Generally, each byte of a target file requires 40 bytes of hard disk space for storing the project. For example, a 1 Mb file would require 40 Mb, a 2 Mb file, 80 Mb and so on. Back in 2000, when we started PE Explorer, those were big numbers, and we decided not to go that way - for a number of reasons.

What I can say... Well, we were wrong. And we will certainly come up with this feature in the version 2. I myself miss this "save/load project" function, so we will hopefully address this issue.
