Could you please elaborate a bit more:
What do you mean by "a link address"?
Sounds like "how do I change a bolt in a car?"

Just like in a car, some bolts can be changed, some can't. There's no ultimate link changer  '<img'>

If this url string is stored in the resources, find and replace this string. If this string is hard coded in the program body, the only way to edit it is using a hex editor.

However please be advised that your exe file may be protected from modifying or violating the copyright.

Yeah that url doesn't appear in the resources.  I can see the url when I use disassembler in PE Explorer, and I have tried "to catch it" but I can´t.  If possible edit that code line to change it in PE Explorer.

thanks again

No, PE Explorer is not intended for direct code editing. Once you get a hex address in the disassembler, go for a hex editor.
