VB6 Applications display no dialogs

Hello!
I was trying to look into the dialogs (forms) of a VB6-Compiled .exe file (using Resource Tuner). For some reason, it displayed no dialogs.

I tried other VB6-compiled applications, same result; no dialogs.

For a control, I tried any C/C++ application and it worked just fine.

Any idea why such phenomena occures?

VB6-compiled applications don't store the dialog resources in the resource section. In a nutshell, there's no traditional way to display them.
