please i need the help

Hi
i,m using PE explorer . I have to transelate some of strings. and dialogs  from english to my languge (kurdish) .. my problem is  the windows does not support kurdish language,,,and when i write some of letters show as '>??
ANSI does not support all of kurdish letters.. but the unicode is allright..
what can i do???
please i need help from you..

First off, make sure the program you are trying to translate understands Unicode strings in the resources. Most US vendors don't even bother with Unicode since ANSI covers all their needs. Even in 2007, Delphi still doesn't support for Unicode.

Second, make sure you switched your keyboard to kurdish when copy/paste. Do an experiment with Windows notepad.exe

sorry the program i want try to transelate does not support unicode....
i use the kurdish kyboard .. but it does not a language (NLS) like the othere languages..
i tried to creat a kurdish NLS language but i could not make it..
i do not see any reslove ..
